Train tickets where possible will be credit card sized for access through automated station barriers.
How do I receive my train ticket if I buy it online?
Tickets arrive by First Class post to most UK addresses, orders placed by 4.30pm we aim to post that same day.
Special Delivery by Royal Mail is available for a minimal surcharge if fast delivery is required.
Tickets may be collected on departure from over 100 train stations in UK.
We are currently working with a number of train companies to increase the number of locations where
you can collect your tickets, and working to automate the process at more locations so you can quickly
collect tickets from more self-service machines.
